• Exhibitor fees stated above will provide you with a trestle table/chair – You may bring anything else you require (WITHIN REASON). Exhibitor fees will vary due to cost of venue only.

  • Should your full set-up be in excess of 8ft x 8ft, you will be required to pay double pitch fee.

  • Please provide a picture or screen grab of your complete set up so space can be allocated according to your needs. 

  • Outside pitches are just that – outside.  No table will be offered inside unless you specify the need and pay a discounted fee for such. 

  • Exhibitor set up will begin 2 hours prior to the start time of the event with doors open to the public from 11am or 12pm (dependant on event) – Please ensure you leave enough time for your own set up.

  • Any exhibitors not inside the venue 30 mins before the event start time without a genuine reason, or phone call to Nicola Smith on 07955 273923will not be allowed to take part. NO REFUNDS will be given. NO EXCEPTION.

  • Fairs will close at the times stated above. No exhibitors will close down their stall until this time.

  • Exhibition space will be provisionally held on a first come, first served basis. Please note, your booking is only provisionally held until full payment is made. We cannot guarantee that your space will be held without payment AFTER 7 DAYS of your booking.

  • We will endeavour to keep over duplication of suppliers to a minimum. This is to ensure quality or offering and for fairness to exhibitors of the same service type. 

  • Everyone MUST have their table clothed. WITHOUT EXCEPTION. You are welcome to bring your own banners, posters, props, lights or any other item you require to exhibit. You are welcome to utilise all the space around you but please be courteous to other stall holders and be aware of the 7ft limit.

  • If you require electricity you MUST bring your own extension and you MUST notify us of this request NO LATER THAN 14 days prior to the event. 

  • Please ensure all extension leads/wires are taped down where necessary to avoid injury, you must provide your own tape.

  • There will be NO CHANGES to pitch or placement on the day due to the floor plan being built in accordance with health & safety rules and to ensure similar exhibitioners are placed away from each other. If you have been allocated a space with no electrical point and have not informed us of the need for electricity, YSY will not be held responsible.

  • You may get as close as you can to the venue for unloading but once unloaded you must use the far side of the car park to enable ease of parking for event visitors.

  • In the event of ANY disputes, the decision made by You Said Yes is FINAL.

  • Payments can be made by PayPal to nks811@yahoo.co.uk (using friends & family payment option) or by bank transfer to sort code 23-11-85, Account No 00055751. Please ensure you use your business name as the reference where possible.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be offered a refund but may be offered an alternative fair at our discretion.
